Huge crowd -- click to enlarge
As many of you know, Rockhopper appeared on Good Morning America this morning in New York City! I know that so many of you were in school, or don’t live in New York City, so I took some pictures for Club Penguin Insiders and wanted to give you a first-hand account of everything.
I arrived at 43rd & Broadway at about 7:45am this morning, and there was a very large crowd outside. There weren’t too many kids, it was mostly tourists trying to get on TV when the “weather girl” came outside and not Club Penguin fans. As you can see on the left, it was pretty packed!
Eight-o-clock came and went and there was no sign of Rockhopper until about 8:15, when he and his “special blue guest” (DOT!!!) came out of the studio and started greeting people in the crowd. Click “read more” to see all the pictures!

Club Penguin has loaded up the Island Adventure Party 2011, and redesigned the look of the entire island!
We’ll start our coverage of the 2011 Island Adventure Party with the Club penguin cheats for the Scavenger Hunt. This year’s scavenger hunt is a lot of fun, and you’ll need to follow Rockhopper’s clues to get all the way to his Cream Soda. Once you complete the scavenger hunt, you’ll be awarded an amazing hat called The Continental!
To get started on the Adventure Party Scavenger Hunt cheats, pull up your Club Penguin Map and click on the Beach (Lighthouse) and then waddle onto Captain Rockhopper‘s ship, The Migrator. Waddle up to the top of your screen (pictured on the right) and click the swinging piece of paper next to the beach ball. [click to continue…]
Club Penguin released 5 new stamps with Rockhopper’s arrival on the Migrator ship! If you play Treasure Hunt a few times in the Captain’s Quarters, you’ll earn the stamps pretty easily. Make sure to pick a crowded server, so you aren’t waiting a long time to find another penguin to play Treasure Hunt with!
The stamps are:
- Gem Skills – Uncover 2 gems in a single game
- Collector – Collect 8 coins in a single game
- In the Rough – Find a rare treasure
- Gem Expert – Uncover a gem in only 3 moves
- Gem Pro – Uncover 2 gems in only 6 moves
For those that are new to Club Penguin, the Treasure Hunt game is in the Captain’s Quarters in Rockhopper’s Ship (The Migrator), which is docked at the Beach. The Captain’s Quarters is locked and you need Rockhopper’s Key to get in.
Luckily, we have Club Penguin Cheats that tell you exactly where the key is: Go to the Coffee Shop and go upstairs to the Book Room. Click on the bookshelf and then click on the Rockhopper’s Journal book. Flip through the book to the end and you’ll get Rockhopper’s Key!
Then, head to the Beach, get on the Migrator and head downstairs to the Ship Hold and then click on the Captain’s Quarters door and you’re in!
If you check the Beach on Club Penguin, you know that Rockhopper has arrived for the Earth Day Party 2011 and Easter Scavenger hunt.
If you follow our Club Penguin Rockhopper Cheats below and keep an eye on our tracker, you’ll have a great chance to find him!

If you head up to Beacon and take a look through the telescope, you’ll be surprised to see how close Rockhopper’s ship, the Migrator, is to Club Penguin! As he makes his way closer and closer to the island, penguins all over Club Penguin are getting more and more excited!
According to the Club Penguin Times that came out today, Rockhopper will be hanging around Club Penguin on the first day of the Earth Day party, which starts April 21st (meaning that it will start in the afternoon on April 20th here in the United States!).
The Earth Day Party 2011 looks to be a really fun event, with an 2011 Easter Egg Scavenger Hunt, a new pin, and of course the visit from Rockhopper! Get ready for some fun!

The Holiday Party 2010 has officially started in Club Penguin and Rockhopper has arrived on the Migrator. If you haven’t already seen the great new items he brought with him, head down to the Ship Hold and take a look.
Of course, you won’t find Rockhopper inside the Migrator on every server, he’s roaming around all the different servers to meet all the penguins in Club Penguin! You have to be quick and right on top of things if you want to see him. There are a number of ways to find Rockhopper, but most are unreliable at best.
