Hey everyone! As you may remember a couple of weeks ago, I showed you some information about an iOS app for Club Penguin. Thanks to a new post from Spike Hike on the Club Penguin Blog, we have some official information about the iPad app that’s been under development by the Club Penguin team for almost a year now. In addition, Spike Hike’s tweets tell us that it will be available on May 9, 2013 and it will be a free download from the App Store! Check it out below, it’s very exciting!

I’ve had a secret that I’ve wanted to share this everyone for almost a year… Today I can finally share it with you!
Some of you may have seen me show up occasionally in the Friends list from a place called “My Penguin.” A few of you guessed that it may be a secret Club Penguin app on mobile… You were right!!!
I’m excited to tell you thatour new iPad app is coming soon!
The first version of “My Penguin” will let you play some of your favorite mini-games, shop from the catalog, and change your Penguin’s outfit . The app is totally connected to Club Penguin, so your Penguin, clothing and coins will be shared whether on mobile or the web.
That’s just the beginning, too… We’ll be updating the app regularly and bringing more of the Club Penguin world to the app throughout the year!! Stay tuned to the blog for more news and updates on “My Penguin”!

Hey everyone! As you know, the Marvel Super Hero Takeover Party 2013 starts next Thursday and we can already see the crystals all over Club Penguin sprouting up from the ground. The newest Club Penguin Community Manager, TourGuide, has posted their first post on the Club Penguin Blog and answered a bunch of questions about the upcoming party. I can’t wait!!
Will last year’s Marvel costumes return? They sure will! You’ll have another chance to suit up as all your favorite Marvel characters. We can’t wait to see all your crazy Hulk, Loki, and Black Widow outfits. AND there will be new surprises… Marvel costumes you’ve never seen before.
What kinds of new activities will there be? Fasten your flippers! There’ll be two brand new mini-games, available only during the party. One for heroes. One for villains. So pick your side!
Which Mascot will visit? Just like last year, Aunt Arctic will be there on the ground to cover the clash between good and evil! Stay tuned to the blog for dates and times.
What will non-members be allowed to do? Non-members can join a side to protect or destroy Penguintropolis!And everyone can play the new super hero and super villain games! Flippertastic!

Hey everyone! We’re a little over a week away from the Marvel Super Hero Takeover Party 2013 and Polo Field has just posted some more sneak peeks on the Club Penguin Community Blog.
The three images, shown below, give us a great look at the party with two rooms we recognize — the Forest and the Plaza — and the third room is anybody’s guess. It sure has a great view, I know that much! What do you think the 3rd room is?
Also, if you look closely, you can see 2 new emotes, the flashing light and money bag. What do you think the 3rd special emote will be for the Marvel Party? One other thing… I don’t know about you, but seeing that green note behind Polo Field, I don’t think he’s playing music behind that DJ booth. Pee-Yew!!
