I helped with health care, for the most part.

No you can't, although there is a stamp for it, it's not actually programmed into club penguin for the iceberg to tip. Any videos on youtube that show it tipping are fake.

I think you should be allowed to change your name, but maybe a restriction? Something like you can only change your name once a month. And usually, if I were to change my username on any site, I would tell my friends to make sure they know.
