Because it's club penguin related. And I read the rules and couldn't find anything. Also this forum category is for trading stuff so I don't see any problem.

If someone will offer me the codes he will send me his paypal mail and I will transfer money for one code to that. Then he will send me a code. I will check if code is working and then I will end rest of the money and he will send me rest of the codes.

Yep, however, you must realize, that since this is a club penguin fan site, a large majority of the users on this website site are under the age of 18.

To do it you would have to give personal information, and giving out personal information is against the rules. So, you can't do it here. Sorry.

It's giving personal information, which is not allowed. Giving Age, last name, contact info, etc is not allowed on CPI.

Absolutely NOT:Things deemed to be totally unacceptable:

• Posting Personal Information (last name, age, city, school, phone number, etc)
  
• Sharing e-mail addresses or IM accounts.
