I SO agree, this floods all the CP sites.

I agree completely. The issue of spamming on the Internet with false rewards are highly irritating and waste space on a website. The main problem isn't just 1 person doing it, but when it says, "copy and paste this to 10 different messages," that creates a major problem as it becomes a chain. The amount of spam posts multiplies dramatically.
This creates a severe problem, because it simply is difficult to manage a blog site/bulletin board to the extent where you are having to remove 10's and 100's of spam messages.

Yes it's very annoying. That's why it's strictly against the rules but I guess some people just don't want to follow the rules.
