Ricky felt like a lump was in his throat. He felt like suffocating.
He gasped a big thing of air and spat out "I'm an orphan now...."

"Thanks! You look amazing." He looked at both sides, and then whispered, "Better than that woman that owns the bread shop. Her dressing's pretty nerdy." He then made a disgusted face, and then made a straight face.

Violet live in The Seam. She has a little brother. Her parents are miners, well her dad anyway.
She hopes not to be picked for the games.
She is too weak to fight.

"Welcome to the club," avrey says sarcastically and jokingly.. "I'm so sorry," she says and she hugs ricky.

"Awww thanks and haha," Jyllidia replied.
Tj lives in the seam too. He walks over to Violet, "hey Violet."

Ricky had a slight smile on his face but faded quickly, as always.
Now it's just me and my wolf-dog, Razor.
He gave a depressing sigh and stood up.
"I'm going to bring honor to my father."
He walked away, disappearing in the woods.
When he came back, he was holding his father's hunting hat, and a bunch of flowers.
He covers his father's corpse with the flowers and places te hat in his fathers hands.
He gazed at his father one last time, saluted, and walked away.

Greg looks at Idyllia "Woah you look beautiful," he says

"Hi TJ, ready for the Reaping today?" says Violet grimly.

"Your lucky i have nothing except a few boxes of what my dad and brother left me. All they left me was bread crumbs and my clothes. Thats it. everything i own,they took with them," avrey replies as she loooks over at ricky

"Yeah. I guess so," Tj replies.

"Your welcome." He smiled.
Christina came out of the house and ran to Ryan. "Ryan! What should I dress- Who's that?" She pointed at Jyllida.
(She never got to meet her :/)

Violet is only 13 but she has her name in the reaping four times already.

"oh um im-" Then she get interrupted by ryan who introduces her

"Jyllida. She's one of our neighbors here." He turned to Jyllida. "My little sister, Christina. She just turned 12 last month."
"Ohhh. Ok then! Nice to meet you Jyllida." She smiled.

Jyllidia Smiles, "Pleasure to meet you as well. Im 13. my name has been entered in the reaping 14 times already."

"Ahh. My name's in the reaping 10 times. I'm nervous, cause it's my first year." Christina looked to the ground. "I'm not girly, but I kind of like the dress mom bought me."
"Oh yeah. The blue dress. I can't wait to see you in it." He looked at Jyllida. "You'll find out soon." He smiled a little.

She smiles back. Woah she thinks- Does she actually like ryan? This is weird.. (blaze pm me)

Ricky trudged home. When he opened the door, his wolfdog drooped.
Razor waited for Ricky's father everyday at the door to come home when he was out hunting or fishing.
They both sat at the kitchen table, sharing a small loaf of bread.

"...So, who do you think's gonna be tribute?" Ryan asked.
"Female I don't wanna be. I mean, I'm terrible at hunting, and I CAN'T throw a knife." Christina shivered. "You know, Ryan, YOU should be male tribute." She smiled.

avrey is sitting in her room in a chair daydreaming she hears something down stairs. she goes down stairs and there is a robber.. she screams so loud ricky can hear it!

Jyllidia laughs at them a little and replies, "Honestly, i think im going to be tribute."

Ricky's ears perked up.
"SOUNDS LIKE THAT GIRL." he said to himself.
"RAZOR. FOLLOW."
He dashed out the door with his wolfdog behind him.
He flung open the door by kicking it as hard as he can.
"WHAT HAPPENED?"
