Yes he escaped,but if you look at the EPF's screen right now,you won't see the camera because it's shut down.

I think...Rookie made a mistake, The island tipped, herbert woke up then his bed flug out of the cage and right into a stalagmite! Herbert said "ouch" then he heard his tummy so he grabbed his machine gun ran out of the cave to the pizza shop, shot down all the workers grabbed some seaweed pizza and ran off back to his lair and started eating the pizza then turned on the tv to aunt artics cooking show...UH...Got full went to bed woke up brushed teeth took a shower comed hair went to curch stole a beta party hat and wore it then burned it then wrote his next plan to distroy all penguins on the island *TAKES BREATH* And that's what I think happend! ya maybe you do never actully really know maybe that is the story maybe not but I just play CP I am not woriied about the other stuff I just get the stamps and pins and other stuff
