Well the maximum is up to three changes in a thirty day period. If you already useds it up, then the only thing is to either beg to an admin, or wait.

You can change your display name 3 times a month(30 days)

I would suggest waiting until your 30 days is up. If you would like to contact an Admin. though then you can private message them.
