The Everday Phoning Facility is an entrance to the EPF room. I think that, since it is supposed to be an "Everyday Phoning Facility," that the phone should be used to talk to other penguins. You could talk to someone who is way over at the cove because each penguin would have a cell phone. Also, there could be a landline (home phone) in a player's igloo. This phone would be in the furniture catalog every month AND there would be another building where you buy the cell phone and arrange buying certain services. Wouldn't that be cool?

It would be like this:

Basiefan2000: (walks into Everyday Phoning Facility and uses the pay phone for 25 coins)


Narrator: Meanwhile, Jenifar5's igloo phone rings.

Jenifar 5: Hello?

Basiefan2000: Wanna go to the Pizza Parlor?

Jenifar5: Sure. I'll be waiting at the piano.

Narrator: 10 seconds later, they arrive at the Pizza Parlor and order pizza.

She's using logic. Non-members can't buy furniture. The igloo phone would be apart of the furniture, and only members could buy furniture (:

But you could still have a cell phone!
