First you have to get the game 'Herbert's Revenge' for DS. That will come with a code. I believe you enter the code through your EPF phone but in order to do this you also have to be a member. Hope I helped!

You enter a code earned in your DS Herbert's Revenge game put in that code become a member go to your spy phone and click Elite Puffle Whistle.

Just use the code for Herbert's Revenge (Nintendo DS Video Game) and if you are a member, go to your spy phone and there is a puffle whistle. Click on that, and you can call flare!

now you have to be a member. first you have to get the DS game herbert's revenge. there's a code inside and you have to type it in your elite phone i think. AND THERE YOU GO!!!!

You will need to get a DS game "Herbert's Revenge" and it's going to contain a code inside use that code in unlock items online and you will get an elite puffle.

there are two steps to get it
step 1
become a member of cp by getting a membership card
step two
get the herbert revenge game and unlock the code
step 1
become a member of cp by getting a membership card

You have to by a certain Club Penguin EPF game for the Nintendo DS. It comes with a code for the elite puffle.
