Find Rockhopper

Use this thread to help others on Club Penguin Insider find Rockhopper!

Rockhopper is a red penguin with a beard and a black pirate hat and is, without question, the most famous penguin in all of Club Penguin!

If you find Rockhopper on Club Penguin, you can click on him to view his player card. Also, you can click on the free gift button on the far right for Rockhopper’s autographed background!

Room and Server

Rockhopper most frequently visits: Frozen, Mammoth, Sleet, and Blizzard.

Although he still can come on other servers, he tends to visit more popular servers.

To find him first always check the Migrator if it is there. Then look in the Dock, Beach, Plaza, and Pizza Parlor




Player Card






When you meet Rockhopper you can click on him to open his player card.

You will know it is him as his character will be making a pose.

You can receive a free Rockhopper Background by clicking on the gift icon on his player card. The gift icon is the one on the far left.

It is very difficult to find Rockhopper, as he is the most popular celebrity penguin, it overloads the Club Penguin servers and rooms when he is online. Your best bet is to keep a close eye on our highly-accurate Rockhopper Tracker for September 2010!

Once I saw him, but didn't get a background because I couldn't click him because there were too many people!!

Wow, cool! I saw him one time and he talked, and he chose somebody to eat pizza with him and he chose me! Now every time I see Rockhopper, I say "Hey, remember me? We ate pizza together!" He'll say "Argh, me matey! I do remember ye! Aye, that seaweed pizza was sure delicous!" LOL!!!

Aw! When that happens, look on your buddy list and click the button next to the smiley on the list. It sould show a list of people in that room, and when it pops up, just look for Rockhopper. He has a bigger smile then the rest, so its easy to find him.

Sometime soon, I believe! They had a little hint in the Newspaper... A lady talked about the new Penguin Style catalog and said, "I really don't wanna rock the boat too much..." Sounds awesome, right!?!? Plus he has to come for the Adventure party, which is on its way! Woohoo!
