I can't figure it out...

you click where your username is at the top and click my setting then on the side it say change user dipllay name and you can change it there

You can only change it 3 times in 30 days I think.

Yup. Go to your profile, click 'Edit my profile' and go to settings, then do what Teddy said.

Yep, but choose wisly, you can only change it 3 times every 30 days, they even count seconds, so its has stricked rules!

Exactly what Julia said! Make sure you change your name into something you know your going to want, because there is a limit of how many times you can change it per month! After you reach that limit, you can't change your username for a month! (Or maybe less).
