Happy77 posted another video on his Youtube channel, giving us a brand-new way to see Sneak Peeks of the upcoming Island Adventure Party 2011. In the past, he would release small images giving us a sneak peek of what is coming to Club Penguin, but these video sneak peeks are so much cooler!
It looks like there’s going to be crabs all over the Island, so be on the lookout for the evil Klutzy the Crab! Maybe the 2011 Island Adventure Party Scavenger Hunt will have something to do with crabs, since Happy77 seems to be chasing them all over the place. Are you ready?
Happy77 has posted a new entry to the Club Penguin Community Blog today with a live video preview of the new Club Penguin map!
The new Club Penguin map expands the island quite a bit, opening up the possibility of new areas in Club Penguin! The basic layout is the same, so you’ll easily find your favorite areas, and with the new shortcuts for games, places, shops and pets, you’ll be able to get to certain areas much quicker than before.
The video is pretty short, but you can get an idea of what it’s going to be like. What do you think? According to the blog, the new map will be added to Club Penguin tomorrow!
Billybob made a post on the Club Penguin community blog recently, asking all of us to vote for our favorite costume out of the 5 shown below.
He says that the two most popular costumes will be added to Club Penguin for an event in September. In the past, the September parties in Club Penguin have been the Fall Fair, but maybe this year will be different? Whatever the party is, it will have a farm theme, since these are all farm animals!

Please vote on our poll and don’t forget to vote on the Club Penguin site so your voice can be heard!
From the Club Penguin Community blog (thanks to Kat for letting us know about the update!):
UPDATE: You chose the Cow and the Chicken costumes! The team’s excited to get to work on these! Plus because so many of you liked the Horse costume, they’re planning to work on that one later. Thanks to everyone who voted!
Earlier this week, Happy77 encouraged us to send him our questions about anything related to Club Penguin Puffles. Well, he compiled all of the best questions and brought them to some puffle experts (the puffles themselves!) to get some answers.
You can see the group of puffles he rounded up on the left.
Here’s what they had to say:
Luky131 asked: “What can I do for my puffles not to runaway?”
Keep them happy! Puffles love snacks, being brushed, going for walks and playing games! Puffles don’t run away quite so easily since the updates back in March. More Answers
Club Penguin has just posted some interesting news with sneak peeks for all of us to see what’s happening on our favorite island for April and May 2011!
Of course, we all know that the Earth Day party 2011 is coming up in about 2 weeks! Can you believe it? The April Fool’s Party just ended! You can see their sketches for the Earth Day party on the left. There’s going to be two new animal costumes available at the party, along with new stamps.
More of the games in Club Penguin will be getting stamps in the next two months and the Medieval Party 2011 is going to have a new Medieval Quest. Puffles are being updated and we’ll be able to interact with them in new ways soon!
There’s also some information about EPF agents. There’s some new Elite Gear coming and it’ll either be the Strategist Class Gear or the Stealth Gear. If you remember, we ran an article back in December that contained a leaked photo from Disney Headquarters, showing the roadmap for the next 6 months in Club Penguin! What do you think Billybob is talking about with something new with Herbert?
Billybob made a post in the Club Penguin Community Blog, letting us all know what many of you already know by now — the Ice Rink is now open at the Penguin Stadium! Head over and skate with your fellow penguins. There’s also a brand-new Snow & Sports Catalog, which we’ll cover in the next article!
Hello Penguins!
The Ice Rink is back up! (If you’ve not been before, then go to Snow Forts, and head to the Penguin Stadium). We’ve seen lots of you skating around already – check it out:
We’re working on a new Snow and Sports catalog for January – so check back for updates in the New Year. What items would you like to see added to future catalogs? Let us know in the comments!
Until then… Waddle on!
For those of you worried about getting an error when entering the Holiday Contest that makes it look like you are entering the Halloween Igloo Contest, Club Penguin is aware of it and is working on it!
Hello Penguins! We want you to know that the team’s working hard to squash the bugs you’ve told us about. Here are some bugs we’re working on RIGHT NOW:
- When you enter the Holiday Igloo Contest, you get a Halloween Igloo Contest message
- Holiday Wing Warmers don’t show up on your penguin
Here are some bugs we’ve FIXED:
- Multiple Window Bug
- You can now visit another penguin’s open igloo by clicking on their Player Card. Now you don’t have to add them to your buddy list or use the map to get to their party!
Keep checking the Blog for updates. As soon as we fix a bug, we’ll let you know. Thanks for telling us when you see them!
Until then… Waddle on!
