As many of you already know, the upcoming event that  has Club Penguin abuzz is “Operation Blackout” and it’s going to be an event orchestrated by Herbert, who is up to no good as usual! In fact, you can check on Herbert’s plans for Operation Blackout by going to ClubHerbert.Com to see his computer screen, notes and pictures on what he’s going to do!
In addition, Spike Hike (Billybob’s replacement) showed us a sneak peek image from a security camera in Club Penguin.. A pair of glasses with Herbert’s reflection in them. I think you all recognize those glasses.. they’re Gary’s!!!
