Herbert has attacked Club Penguin and is taking away all of the sunlight with Operation Blackout! As EPF agents, we must stop at nothing to eliminate the threat that Herbert and Klutzy represent to the island.
There are a bunch of new great decorations throughout Club Penguin that you’ll want to check out, including Herbert pasting his head on the Clothing Catalog, the destroyed EPF HQ, free Klutzy and Herbert costumes, the new Heavy Weights Pin and more. Okay, I have a theory that has to do with operation blackout. What came out last november? Water ninjas. Notice what operation blackout has left an excess of? snow. lots of it. And the third and final element for ninjas that is STILL missing? snow. You can connect the dots. My theory is that snow ninjas will be availible soon, and that will go along with the arctic white color which is supposed to be released soon. So hopefully in december there will be a party for that! I came up with this myself-let me know what you think
