cptimes 265 Club Penguin Times First Rainstorm, Card Jitsu Water, New PaperClub Penguin has just released issue #265 of the Club Penguin Times and its an historic issue! Of course, if you’ve logged into Club Penguin, you already know why — the first rainstorm ever has hit Club Penguin.

For an island that’s more than 5 years old and never had any rain, they’re not likely very well-prepared for this weather, which is why Sensei was quoted with the following haiku:

Water from the air.

The first time in memory…

Yes. We must prepare.

And prepare you should! Stock up on the great rain gear at the Gift Shop, with umbrellas, boots and more! There hasn’t been any damage yet, but some places are already flooding.

Of course, it’s widely expected that, as the rain continues, we’ll see Card-Jitsu Water and Water Ninjas any day now in Club Penguin! It’s one of the most anticipated additions to the Island yet!

Changes to Club Penguin Times

Aunt Arctic has also told us that there’s some big changes coming in the next issue of the Club Penguin Times. First of all, it’s moving to Fridays, so the next issue is on November 19th, rather than November 18th! The format is also changing, the paper will be longer, so there will be less pages in the new issues. I wonder if there might be hidden item cheats like in the catalogs sometimes!

Upcoming Events

With the new stamps coming at the end of November, we think they will coincide with the release of Card-Jitsu Water. Do you think these will be member-only stamps for Water Ninjas?
